Agreement

By creating an account or using Smart Business Suite (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscription & billing

Plan pricing is shown at sign-up. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Refunds are at our discretion and generally pro-rated to the unused portion of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
• Do not transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Do not send unsolicited communications (spam) via our platform.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service for other users.

Your data

You retain all rights to data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time. On cancellation we retain your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
